We operate nationwide as well as globally, and have partners in most major cities in the US.
What is the turn-around time on quotes?
Quotes are generally issued within 48 hours of request.
How long are quotes valid?
Most of our price quotes are valid for 30 days. For items such as memory, where the market fluctuates more frequently, our price quotes are valid for 14 days.
Do you remarket/purchase EOL (End of Life) equipment?
We do purchase some EOL equipment based on the market value. Some equipment that has been EOL for a long period of time can potentially lose all of it's market value. Recycling is recommended for equipment that has completely depreciated. Please contact us or visit our "IT Recycling" page for more information.
How soon are you available for a decommission/uninstall?
We ask for at least two weeks notice for scheduling and planning purposes. However, in urgent situations we can be available as early as three days after we receive the request.
Do you have a Warranty/Return policy?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day warranty and return policy on all equipment that we sell. Extended service and repair warranties are available for purchase.
